
This annex contains samples of field forms used in the field survey.
The different forms are:
- Land Unit: location, date, relevé number, surveyors, geographic reference, land (mapping unit) description, land facets, relationships among land facets, and sketch;
- Land Facet: facet code, facet description, geomorphologic and geological features, erosion processes, parent material, and weathered rock;
- Soil Profile: detailed description of each soil horizon;
- Soil Form: site surface description, soil profile draft, and soil notes;
- Vegetation Form: cover percentage and floristic list with detailed information for each subject;
- Provisional checklist: rural survey and/or interviews with farmers.
