NEW - 5th Edition / Academic Year 2011-2012
The Master is jointly organised by the Istituto Agronomico per l'Oltremare
(IAO) and the University of Florence - Department of Agricultural and
Forest Economics, Engineering, Sciences and Technologies (DEISTAF), and it is funded by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Twelve candidates from the following countries will be offered full scholarships by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs: Ethiopia, Kenya, Sudan, Tanzania, Uganda and Mozambique. Applications must be submitted at local Embassies or Offices of the Italian Cooperation. Contact details are listed in the brochure. Candidates from other countries, including Italy, are welcome to apply at their own expense.

The Master will last 8 months, from 7 November 2011 to 30 June 2012.Lectures, seminars, case studies, trainign sessions and field visits will cover the first 6 months, while
the last 2 months will be dedicated to the preparation of the Master thesis.
English will be the working language.
